By using our website you approve that you have read, understand and accept to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Who can use our Website and Services
In order to use this website and receive our services, you must be thirteen years of age or older, and have the lawful authority, sovereignty and right to enter into the Terms stated as a legitimate agreement. Additional fees may be included in total cost for purchase protection and insurance on fragile items such as original paintings, handshipped prints and other items.

The products and services provided are subject to change without notice, meaning that Marzealous Art may cease to provide products or services, features within the service and or create limitations in services or products at any time. Marzealous Art has the right to terminate temporarily or indefinitely as well as eliminating access to our services without reason, notice, or liability.

Marzealous Art is responsible for communication with customers via email, or phone number provided for any necessary inquiry that may arise with the completion of an order, payment or service.
Ownership of intellectual property, copyrights and logos
All material within the Marzealous website including images, text, logos, copyrights, audio/music, videos, information, service marks, trademarks, graphics, and all intellectual property rights related, are strictly property of Marcy Feder. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is applicable to create a license or under such Intellectual Property Rights, and you understand and agree to not reproduce, sell, license, alter, distribute, display publicly, copy, perform in public, change, transmit or make any works that derive thereof.
Right to suspend customer use of services
Marzealous Art reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access either temporarily or indefinitely to any services on our website including making shop purchases with no prior notice, reason and liability. This is inclusive of if you violate any of the stated Terms and Conditions or relevant laws.
Indemnification
You agree to hold Marcy with Marzealous Art harmless for any claims, expenses, loss, damage, demand and liability (inclusive of attorneys’ fees and costs), by any third party made against them through connection with your use of the www.marzealous.com website including any services or products offered on the website.

To the highest degree permitted by applicable law Marcy holds no responsibility for mistakes, misunderstanding of matter/services, injuries both personal and to property in connection to your use of our services or purchases made through our website, as well as any use of our servers inclusive of all or any information which is stored that is of a personal nature by unauthorized individuals.

Marzealous Art holds the right to change or update the listed Terms and Conditions at any time, without notice. With that being said, be sure to review our policy pages occasionally. Preference of law and dispute resolution
These Terms stated, lawful rights, claims and disputes in connection to our website, are to be directed by and applied exclusively through the inner respects of The United States of America, excluding conflict and law rules. All claims and disputes are set to proceed undertaking and you agree to accept these being resolved solely through a court of rightful jurisdiction. The United Nations Conventions of Contracts for International sale of Goods is excluded.
